Refund policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please use the return label included in your parcel to benefit from free returns within Switzerland. Free returns are only available for orders over 99 CHF.
Items on sale, including those purchased using a promotion code, cannot be returned or exchanged. However, you may bring discounted items to our physical store in Fribourg (Switzerland) for a size exchange or receive a voucher of equal value, valid on any other item from our brand.
If you prefer to return a discounted item by post, you may do so at your own expense. In this case, a gift card will be issued instead of a refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please place a new order.
Return Instructions
For orders over 99 CHF, a return label and return form are included in your package.

Fill out the return form and place it inside the parcel.

Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Drop it off at any Swiss Post office.
For orders under 99 CHF, the return is at your own expense. Please label the parcel with the following address:
