Switzerland
Shipping is free for all orders over 99 CHF.
For orders below this amount, delivery fees range from 3 CHF to 9.50 CHF.
All deliveries are handled by Swiss Post.
Europe
Shipping is free for orders over 99 EUR.
Returns are at the customer’s expense.
International
Delivery costs 28 CHF, regardless of the order amount.
Returns are at the customer’s expense.
Returns
You may return any unused item within 14 days to our address listed below.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn.
Please note that sale items (including those purchased with a promotion code) cannot be returned. However, you may bring them to our physical store in Fribourg for a size exchange or a voucher of equal value to be used on another item from our brand.
Return Instructions
For orders over 99 CHF, a return label and return form are included in your package.

Fill out the return form and place it inside the parcel.

Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Drop it off at any Swiss Post office.
For orders under 99 CHF, the return is at your own expense. Please label the parcel with the following address:

In-store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order directly from our store in Fribourg during checkout.
This option is free of charge.
Please note that items selected for in-store pickup will be held for 30 days. After this period, any unclaimed order will be cancelled and not refunded.
